Account Registration

This section OBSERVES the prerequisites for opening an Account, EXPANDS them into concrete procedural steps and REFLECTS your ongoing obligations as a Player using 22aud from Australia or elsewhere.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You may register and use an Account only if you are at least 18 years old or older if the laws of your country of residence set a higher minimum age for online gambling. In Australia, it is illegal for persons under 18 to gamble.
  • Legal capacity: By creating an Account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that you are acting on your own behalf and not for any third party.
  • Local law responsibility: The Website operates under a Curaçao license and is not licensed in Australia. You are solely responsible for OBSERVING and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any restrictions imposed by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regarding access to offshore gambling services.

Account Creation Process

  • Registration details: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at least your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, chosen password and any other mandatory information.
  • Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and/or phone number (if collected) by following the instructions sent to you before activating certain features or processing withdrawals.
  • Single account rule: You may hold only one Account with 22aud. Opening multiple Accounts (including under different names or email addresses) is prohibited and may lead to suspension, consolidation or closure of Accounts and confiscation of Bonuses and winnings obtained in breach of this rule.

KYC, AML and Verification

  • Identity verification: In line with the Operator's anti‑money laundering and know‑your‑customer obligations as described in the AML/KYC Policy at /aml-kyc-policy, you may be required to provide documentation, including government‑issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership and source‑of‑funds evidence.
  • Verification timing: The Operator may request verification documents at any time, including before processing deposits, during gameplay or prior to withdrawals. Failure to provide accurate and complete documents may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of funds where required by law or regulatory obligations.
  • Cross‑border processing: You acknowledge and consent that your personal data and verification documents may be processed in Curaçao and other jurisdictions (such as the EEA) by the Operator and its service providers strictly for compliance, security and payment processing, in accordance with the Privacy & Cookie Policy at /privacy-policy.

User Obligations and Security

  • Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with 22aud is true, complete and up to date. You must promptly update any changes to your details via your Account or by contacting support.
  • Password and access security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your Account. You must not share your credentials or allow any third party to access your Account, including minors.
  • Notification of breach: You must immediately notify the Operator if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Operator may REFLECT this risk by temporarily suspending the Account while investigating and may request additional verification.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

This section OBSERVES the main conditions for placing Bets and using the Games, EXPANDS them into specific behavioural requirements, and REFLECTS the standards of fair and responsible play expected on 22aud.

Placing Bets and Game Rules

  • Game rules supremacy: Each Game has its own rules, paytables and return‑to‑player (RTP) information provided by the game supplier. In case of any discrepancy, the Game's internal rules and logs prevail over these general Terms for the outcome of a Bet.
  • Bet limits: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are set per Game or table and may change from time to time. It is your responsibility to OBSERVE the on‑screen limits before placing a Bet.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it is registered on the Operator's servers. System logs are the final authority for the existence, amount and outcome of any Bet.
  • Prohibited use: You must not use any automated systems (bots), software, devices, techniques or any form of exploitation of bugs or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. The Operator may void Bets, cancel winnings and close Accounts where such conduct is reasonably suspected.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Your requests: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted by the system, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified by you. Any exception is at the sole discretion of the Operator and may only occur before the outcome of the Bet is determined.
  • Operator decisions: The Operator may void or adjust Bets and winnings if:
    • the Game has malfunctioned, including software or hardware errors;
    • the Bet was placed after a Game or event result was known or should reasonably have been known;
    • a pricing or odds error occurred; or
    • there is evidence of collusion, fraud or other Suspicious Activity.
  • Malfunction rule: In the event of a Game malfunction, all affected Bets and payouts are considered void. Where possible, Bets will be rolled back to the pre‑Bet balance using the Operator's logs.

Live Casino, Etiquette and Chat Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour: When participating in live dealer Games or using any chat feature, you must communicate respectfully and must not harass, insult, threaten or abuse dealers, staff or other Players.
  • Prohibited content: You must not share illegal, defamatory, racist, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise offensive content. Advertising, spamming, or promoting other websites or services in chat is prohibited.
  • Monitoring and sanctions: The Operator may monitor chats, temporarily mute, restrict or permanently block access to chat or specific Games where you breach these rules, and may suspend or terminate your Account in serious cases.

Fair Play and Collusion

  • Independent play: You must play solely for yourself and on your own Account. Collusion with other Players, use of multi‑accounting or any agreement to manipulate outcomes is forbidden.
  • Investigation and reporting: The Operator may REFLECT suspicions of unfair play by investigating, reviewing logs and recording sessions. Where collusion or cheating is confirmed or reasonably suspected, the Operator may void Bets, cancel winnings and close Accounts.

Bonus Terms

This section OBSERVES the general principles governing Bonuses on 22aud, EXPANDS them with practical conditions, and REFLECTS how they interact with your Real Money Funds. Detailed and updated Bonus rules are set out in the Bonus Policy at /bonus-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

  • Offer‑specific conditions: Each Bonus or promotion (including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins and cashbacks) is subject to specific terms displayed on the Website at the time of the offer. These terms include minimum deposit amount, maximum Bonus amount, eligible Games and time limits.
  • Activation steps: To claim a Bonus, you may need to opt‑in, enter a bonus code or select the Bonus at the cashier when making a qualifying deposit. Failure to follow the activation instructions may result in you not receiving the Bonus.
  • One person, one Bonus: Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Operator may restrict Bonus access by geography to comply with local rules, including Australian regulations.

Wagering Requirements, Timeframes and Game Restrictions

  • Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them must be Wagered a specified number of times (for example, 30x) before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible Games OBSERVE the conditions stated in the relevant Bonus offer and the Bonus Policy.
  • Time limits: Bonuses may expire if Wagering requirements are not met within the specified period (for example, 7-30 days from activation). Upon expiry, remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • Game weighting: Different Games may contribute differently towards Wagering (e.g. slots 100%, table Games 10%, live casino 0%). The applicable weighting is set out in the Bonus Policy and may be updated from time to time to REFLECT game risk management.
  • Prohibited bets: Certain betting patterns (such as "safe bets", hedging, minimal risk wagering or very high single Bets relative to the Bonus amount) may be restricted while Wagering a Bonus. The Bonus Policy EXPANDS on the patterns considered Bonus abuse.

Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse

  • No stacking without approval: Unless explicitly permitted, only one active Bonus may be claimed at a time. You may not combine multiple Bonuses or participate in overlapping promotions that affect the same deposits or Bets.
  • Bonus abuse: The Operator may withhold or cancel Bonuses, refuse withdrawals, confiscate winnings and close Accounts where Bonus abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:
    • using multiple Accounts or multiple identities;
    • coordinated play with other Players;
    • depositing and withdrawing without genuine gambling activity; and
    • exploiting Game or system errors.
  • Policy precedence: In case of conflict between this section and the Bonus Policy, the more specific rules in the Bonus Policy at /bonus-policy will prevail, provided that they do not limit your non‑excludable statutory rights.

Payments & Withdrawals

This section OBSERVES the available Payment Methods and core financial rules, EXPANDS them with details on processing times, limits and fees, and REFLECTS how disputes, refunds and chargebacks are handled, particularly for Players located in Australia and other grey‑market jurisdictions.

Deposits

  • Payment Methods: Deposits may be made using supported Payment Methods displayed in your Account cashier, which may include bank cards, e‑wallets, vouchers, bank transfers and, where available, cryptocurrencies processed by third‑party providers on behalf of the Operator.
  • Currency: The primary operating currency is AUD, although additional currencies may be supported. If your Payment Method or bank uses another currency, conversion will be performed by your provider, and you bear any associated fees and exchange rate risks.
  • Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per Payment Method. The Operator may also apply personalised limits to encourage responsible gambling or to comply with AML requirements.
  • Availability and ACMA blocking: Because 22aud operates offshore and is not licensed in Australia, Australian internet service providers may be required by ACMA to block access to the Website. Deposits may therefore be disrupted or blocked by third parties outside the Operator's control.

Withdrawals

  • Verification prior to payout: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may conduct KYC checks as outlined in the AML/KYC Policy. Failure to successfully complete verification may lead to delays, reversal of withdrawals to your balance or closure of your Account where required by law.
  • Withdrawal methods and limits: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same Payment Method used for deposit. Withdrawal limits (daily, weekly and monthly) apply and are disclosed in the cashier or in these Terms, and may be adjusted in line with risk and regulatory considerations.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time frame (e.g. 0-3 business days after successful verification), but actual receipt of funds depends on your Payment Method and intermediaries. Delays caused by banks, card schemes, blockages by local authorities (including ACMA‑related actions) or other third parties are outside the Operator's control.

Fees, Chargebacks and Refunds

  • Fees: The Operator may charge reasonable administrative fees for processing withdrawals, currency conversions or dormant Accounts, where permitted by law and disclosed in your Account or in these Terms.
  • Chargebacks and reversals: You agree not to request chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover unpaid amounts, and report the incident to relevant authorities and databases to REFLECT its risk.
  • Refunds: Deposits are generally non‑refundable once used for gambling. In exceptional circumstances and at the Operator's discretion, a refund of unused deposits may be granted, subject to checks for AML and fraud. Refunds of Bets may occur where a Game malfunction is confirmed or where a Bet is voided according to these Terms.

Handling of Bets, Bonuses and Malfunctions

  • Game malfunctions: If a Game fails or is interrupted due to technical issues, the Operator will use system logs to determine whether to restore the Game state or void related Bets. In case of voiding, the original stake may be returned to your balance.
  • Bonus funds on withdrawal: If you request a withdrawal before completing Wagering requirements, the Operator may cancel active Bonuses and remove associated Bonus Funds and winnings, crediting only your Real Money Funds where permitted by the Bonus Policy.

Limitation of Liability

This section OBSERVES the Operator's core obligations, EXPANDS on the limitations and exclusions of liability and REFLECTS the balance between your statutory rights and the nature of offshore online gambling services. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including any non‑excludable Australian consumer law rights, where applicable).

Operator Obligations

  • Service provision: The Operator will provide the Website and Games with reasonable skill and care, using reputable software providers and taking reasonable measures to maintain the integrity and fairness of the Games.
  • Accuracy of results: Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs) or other certified mechanisms provided by third‑party suppliers. The Operator OBSERVES the results recorded by its systems and those of its suppliers as final and binding, subject to correction in case of verified technical error.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Third‑party actions: The Operator is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, including payment processors, banks, card schemes, internet service providers, regulators or software suppliers, except where required by applicable law.
  • Self‑managed risk: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and for using Responsible Gambling Tools. The Operator does not provide financial, legal or tax advice and does not guarantee that your use of the Website is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Maximum Liability

  • Financial cap: Subject to any non‑excludable legal rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the greater of:
    • the amount of the Bet or transaction giving rise to the claim; or
    • your net deposits to the Account over the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Indirect losses: To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
